Payment Terms

Please carefully review the payment and refund terms before making a payment. Your use of our services implies your full agreement with these terms.

Purchase of the Pro App/License

The Pro app and/or license is provided for one specific device.
The unique ID of the device is the phone's unique ID from which the payment is made.

Information about Phone ID

To activate the PRO app and link it to your device, we use the unique Android identifier known as Settings.Secure.ANDROID_ID. This unique device ID will be associated with the PRO version of the app, granting you access to all enhanced features. You can find detailed information about Settings.Secure.ANDROID_ID here.

Changing Phone ID

The device's ID may change when the device ownership changes or when the phone settings are reset to factory defaults. In case of ID change, please contact our customer support to transfer the PRO version to a device with the new ID (if possible).

Payment Process

To make a payment, use the appropriate functionality in the app installed on your Android phone.

Payment by Credit/Debit Cards

We accept payments using credit and debit cards, as well as other popular payment systems. All payments are processed through a secure SSL connection on the Stripe payment service page.

Payment with Cryptocurrency

We provide the option to make payments using various popular cryptocurrencies. All payments are processed through a secure SSL connection on the Cryptomus payment service page.

Refund of Payments

A refund is possible if less than 24 hours have passed since the payment. To request a refund, please contact us.
Funds will be returned to the account from which the purchase was made. If your credit card is blocked, the refund will go to the bank that issued the card. Please contact them to retrieve the funds.
The refund processing time depends on the original payment method.
When refunding a cryptocurrency payment, the current network fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Submitting multiple requests for the same transaction will not expedite the process. The decision to refund may take anywhere from one to four business days.
